Make Progress on your Career

When you go into a shopping centre, do you admire the lighting design? When you visit a hospital, do you appreciate the quiet comfort of the temperature controlled space? When you visit a friend’s apartment, do you take note of the fire protection services that are in place, and how well integrated they are into the overall design?

Then it sounds like you’ll fit in well with the DMA Engineers team.

At DMA Engineers, we partner with our clients to make progress, delivering the buildings and infrastructure that keep our cities running and help our days go more smoothly. From Caboolture Hospital and Calamvale Central, to Queen’s Wharf, 89 Adelaide Street and more than 300 McDonald’s stores nationally, we’ve been making progress on projects throughout Queensland and across Australia for nearly 50 years. We design the services that are often invisible, but always valued, just like our clients value what responsive, helpful, accurate and cost aware teammates we are.

We’re a close-knit team of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, fire safety, hydraulic and vertical transport engineers and consultants based in Spring Hill in inner city Brisbane. You can see our team here.

Here are some of the benefits you’ll enjoy when you progress your career with DMA Engineers:

  • Lots of opportunities for ongoing learning and development.
  • Join the team in attending industry events.
  • Fun and active social activities.
  • Competitive remuneration.
  • Study assistance for further education.
  • Coaching and mentoring directly from our Directors and senior staff.
  • Paid membership to professional organisations.
  • Diversity of clients, and project types and locations.

While it’s important to us that you’re technically very good at what you do, it’s even more important to us that you’re a great person who’ll fit in with the team, and get along with our clients. You don’t shy away from hard conversations when they’re needed, you’re passionate about client service, and you’re a creative thinker who always likes to look at better ways of doing things.
