In Company Pulse 2019 CEDA presents new information from and for Australian business that goes beyond sentiment, detailing the challenges facing business leaders and providing insights to inform business strategy.

Meet the speakers

Melinda Cilento
Chief Executive, CEDA

Melinda is a company director, economist and experienced senior executive. She is a non-executive director of Australian Unity and Co-Chair of Reconciliation Australia. Melinda is also a member of the Parliamentary Budget Office panel of expert advisors.

She was previously a Non-Executive Director with Woodside Petroleum, Commissioner with the Productivity Commission and Deputy CEO and Chief Economist with the Business Council of Australia. Melinda has also previously held senior roles with the Federal Department of Treasury, Invesco and the International Monetary Fund.

Andrew Stevens
Chair, Innovation and Science Australia

Andrew Stevens has held senior roles including Chair of the Advanced Manufacturing Growth Centre and Managing Director of IBM Australia and New Zealand. He oversaw the successful merger of Price Waterhouse and Coopers and Lybrand consultancies in ANZ and was responsible for the strategic direction, growth and operations of IBM in key markets globally. He is a member of CEDA’s Board of Directors.
