The task and pressure of providing accommodation and servicing our ageing population continues to grow, and the media attention on the industry continues to intensify.
To assist operators in staying ahead and to improve the level of service offered to residents, the industry has moved to adopt a code of conduct and a joint Australian Retirement Village Accreditation Scheme (ARVAS).
These measures are occurring at a time when the changes to the Retirement Villages Act 1999 are being implemented. Together, the changes to the Act and the industry led reforms at are setting a ‘New Standard of Service’.
At our final retirement living event of the year we will provide you with an in-depth knowledge of the new standards that are shaping the retirement living industry.
