Shea Residences by Sunland Group is located in the riverside suburb of St Lucia on the site of the former ‘Pink Palace’.
Comprising just 28 luxury residences, it has introduced an entirely new housing typology to Brisbane, inspired by the narrow constraints of the site and the opportunity to pioneer a new standard of medium-density living.
