Holding a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Brazil, Fabiano brings more than 10 years’ international experience in internal building services design for various building types. For the past three years he has worked as a hydraulic engineering designer and drafter in Australia. Fabiano has worked on designs for single and multi-storey commercial and residential buildings, petrol stations, shopping centres, retail stores, and warehouses as well as medical and dental clinics and education facilities. He has extensive experience on residential houses, focusing on water supply, grey water reuse for irrigation, sewerage, stormwater, electrical, data and alarm systems. Fabiano is enthusiastic and committed to helping clients deliver their projects to the highest standard.

Fabiano is highly skilled at hydraulic design and drafting and fire hydrant and hose reel design and drafting. He brings specialist skills developed through his extensive experience in civil works involving water and sewer connection, finished surface level, bulk earthworks and stormwater plans. Fabiano expertly uses Revit and AutoCAD to develop comprehensive solutions for his clients.

My career highlights:

  • Working as the Hydraulic Engineer for previous employer i3 Consulting on the Qantas Group Pilot Academy Village Wellcamp Airport Precinct, Fabiano was responsible for developing the design and drafting for the sewerage, water and stormwater systems for a village of 140 dwellings.
  • Performing hydraulics design and drafting including sewerage, domestic, non-potable and reused and chilled water for three Concrete Batch Plants for Wagners Group at Coolum, Caloundra and Yatala.
  • Leading the building services design including the disciplines of hydraulic, firefight system, electrical and telecom on the architecturally-designed Cremec – Conselho Regional de Medicina in Fortaleza, Brazil, to be used for medical consultations and professional development.
  • Developing the as-built and design fire services for new warehouses for multi-national company Wobben Windpower situated in Pecem City, Brazil. Fabiano updated the old fire systems and provided the fire services approval for the whole complex from Brazilian fire authorities.
