DMA Engineers worked with the project architect to design additional services to support the new prefabricated bar and food outlets including water services, trade waste, sanitary waste, power and data/telecommunication, sprinklers, kitchen exhaust systems and air conditioning services. Fire engineered solutions were provided to address the fire risk associated with the new structures on the existing tower building.
Working closely with the architect, feature lighting was designed to create the ambience the client had envisioned for a comfortable and engaging space. This included installing lighting control systems to allow the ambience to be tailored to complement various entertainment scenarios including performance acts by musicians and DJs or general dining and function activities.
Additional infrastructure services were provided to support the development including grease traps installed in the basement level below, cool room refrigeration systems, dedicated electrical distribution board and submains to the main switchboard.
Detection and sprinkler services were provided to alternative solutions in accordance with the fire engineering solution.
