With a focus on providing quality burgers made with quality ingredients, the first restaurant was opened in Marrickville Metro, Sydney, in December 2021. The second restaurant in Mt Druitt will be opened in early 2022, with a Sydney CBD restaurant and locations in Queensland and Tasmania to follow.
DMA Engineers was engaged by the Slim’s Quality Burger team to deliver all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire design services for the Marrickville, Sydney CBD and Mt Druitt restaurants.
Some of the key items we addressed were:
Mechanical – working with the base build client to ensure that the mechanical services were completed to the required standards.
Electrical – working with the client, kitchen consultant and base build client to provide all required electrical services.
Fire – base build design and documentation for the installation of the Cat 1 works.
Hydraulic – providing the entire hydraulic fit out documentation and working with the team across all disciplines.
Our team works closely with the team from Slim’s, together with the broader team including Landini Associates and Markforce/ECOcanopy, to deliver the services documentation to a high standard and allow for the services installation on site to be installed with minimal disruptions.
