Services reticulation design for residential and commercial estates and subdivisions is commonly known as Underground Residential Development (URD) or sometimes Underground Reticulation Development.

Our team at DMA have been delivering URD engineering design services for Queensland estate and subdivision developments to developers, town planners and civil engineers since 2014.  These services include the design of all street and roadway lighting (including both council roads and commercial lots), and nbn ‘pit and pipe’ and ‘pathway’ reticulation design.

We are fully accredited electrical URD consulting engineers for:

• Ergon Energy – approved designer since 2014
• nbn – Pit and Pipe designer since 2018.
• nbn – Pathway designer since 2018.
