As part of their facility upgrades, Bolton Clarke have focused on upgrading a number of community halls, recognising that these halls are at the heart of the facilities, providing spaces for residents and families to come together. The community hall at Galleon Gardens was identified as one such facility, with the upgrade completed in late 2020.

The existing hall and administration block refurbishment presented Bolton Clarke the opportunity to enhance the resident experience – transforming the Library, Media Room, Hall, Hairdresser, and other areas from dark and dreary to light, modern, open spaces. Bolton Clarke had a vision for a streamlined architectural and services look while offering both financial and environmental value.

Our team was engaged to undertake the Mechanical and Electrical Services design for the project, working closely with the project architect dwp to complement the architectural aesthetic.
