The brewery is housed in a two-story shopfront that was formerly a motorcycle repair business and violin shop. The downstairs brewing area features a gas-powered brewing system, and the main bar with 20 taps and two old-school English hand pumps. Upstairs is the main dining space, kitchen, and a smaller bar with a further six taps.

DMA Engineers were engaged to undertake the hydraulic services design and consultancy for the brewery. This included working closely with the brewers to design an efficient drainage system that treats the wastewater discharge back to appropriate PH levels, and temperateness into the authority network.

The brewery was officially opened in October 2020. Our hydraulic services team then reviewed their work over a few beers for their 2020 team Christmas party!
