Hyperdome North Mall Upgrade

Hyperdome Mall is located in Logan in the Brisbane/Gold Coast growth corridor, 20 minutes south of Brisbane. In 2019 the owners of Hyperdome, QIC, embarked on the first stage of a multi-million-dollar evolution of the mall to improve access, ambience and convenience within the centre, commencing with the North Mall.
HYperdome North Mall Upgrade DMA Engineers

Conceptualised by Cavill Architects, designed by Buchan Group and constructed by Built, the tropical-Queensland inspired design incorporated 12,000m2 of retail refurbishment, a car park upgrade, the relocation and development of a 3,600m2 Woolworths store, new children’s play spaces and full replacement of the roof.

DMA Engineers were engaged by SDF as their D&C designers to design and document the new and refurbished areas of the mall, including the lighting power, and tenancy supplies. 

The project was completed and opened to the public in 2020.
